Join us as we explore the Bible readings from each Sunday’s Divine Liturgy. Read the Holy Scriptures, share, discuss, reflect, and pray together. We also review Orthodox Christian media to broaden our understanding of our Faith. All are welcome to attend. Please refer to our Monthly Epistle Newsletter for current and upcoming topics. We meet every Wednesday at 10:30AM in the GOYA Room.

• Beginner Level (no previous instruction needed): Wednesdays, January 10-March 13, 7pm - 8pm. Tuition is $300, which includes book & workbook

• Continuing Studies (Semester II): Tuesdays, January 9-March 26, 7pm - 8pm.
  Prerequisite: Those who completed Beginner Level Fall 2023 or other previous studies will require $250 tuition if you have the book & workbook.

The Movie-Monday ministry began in the 2017-18 ecclesiastical year with the mission to view films and discuss their spiritual themes. Selections have ranged from short, feature-length, and documentary films; movies made in the USA, independently and in Hollywood, in Greece, and other countries; by both Christian and secular filmmakers. Watch on our big screen in our Cultural Hall, once or twice a month.

The Yassou Club was organized to promote comradery and fellowship for St. Demetrios parishioners age 60 or older, but young at heart. You are invited to participate in our many activities, including potlucks, pizza parties, ice cream socials, and educational seminars.
